About Pause Moment
I built Pause Moment because I kept losing the dismiss-the-reminder fight.
Every reminder app has the same problem: the alarm fires, you swipe it away before you’ve consciously processed what it was for, and you forget. For people on mental-health medication, that one missed reminder can mean a missed dose. For parents trying to be present at 6pm, it means another evening lost to a phone.
Pause Moment locks the screen instead. Your photo. Your words. A breathing ring. You can’t dismiss it the way you dismiss a notification.
I’m not a clinician and Pause Moment is not therapy or medical advice. It’s a tool I built because I needed it.
