Pause Moment is the silent un-dismissable Android phone lock I built after every other reminder app failed me. The articles here describe what I learned along the way: why some apps worked and some did not, what the research said about the underlying mechanism, and the design decisions that came from sitting with the problem long enough that the answer stopped being about willpower.
